Earnest money:
Beforehand, we will receive a certain amount of earnest money from common
customers, totally 20% of the total expense (not less than RMB2000). The
earnest will be used to ensure the recruiting service required by customer is
authentic and to prevent the recommended personnel information from being
leaked in the name of recruiting. Part of the earnest will also be as part of
fee occurred during seeking personnel. If no ideal personnel are found before
the agreed deadline, then we will return 50% of the earnest.
Overall service charge:
20% of the annual salary, which is based on seeking situations and the detailed
information of the customer, the charge is subject to adjustment upon both
party’s negotiation. Annual salary=monthly salary × 13months (Monthly salary
including pre-tax basic salary, bonus, subsidiary, other salary income) If the
annual salary is below 50 thousands, then 10 thousand RMB is required as
overall service charge. The overall service charge includes the above said
earnest.
Payments:
Within 3 working days after signing contract, the customer should pay earnest
so that the hunting service can begin, and the remaining service charge should
be paid within ten working days after the recommended personnel starts working.
Probation promises:
We will ensure 3-month probation period for the recruited personnel. If they
are dismissed or rejected because of normal reasons, we will provide reference
candidates without payment as soon as possible. If we can’t find the right
candidates in two months, we will return 50% of this service charge to our
client unless they request to go on hunting.
