Customer order
The customer needs to fill in the uniform “registration form". We will first
understand the responsibilities and the qualifications of this position as well
as the background, scale, organizational structure, enterprise culture of our
clients.
Position analysis
We further will communicate with our customer, accurately understand customer’s
requirements, in details understand quality, experience, skill, academic
achievements, appearance and temperament that the candidate is supposed to own.
Signing a contract
On basis of analysis report for the hunted position, both sides sign the
“head-hunting request agreement” and pay the bargain money.
Targeting personnel
Fully utilizes internet resources, the widespread relations, professional
hunting skills, searching for the ideal candidate. We can hunt in the
correlated fields for the personnel according to customer’s request.
Hunting and interview
Perform assessment by interviewing the candidate (including competence to the
post, comprehensive ability, status quo, post acceptance possibility and
motivation, salary request, credit investigation, etc.).
Recommendation
Submits a written report to customer, including introduction to the candidate’s
detailed and correlated experience. Arrange candidates to accept customer’s
interview according to customer’s request.
Hiring
On the basis of common agreement, formally proceed to recruiting procedures.
Settlement
Carry on the remaining money settlement according to the agreement terms.
Tracking service
Keep in contact with customer, tracking the recommended personnel,
providing the correlated HR consultation and assistance.
